Individual Coaching is by phone, and includes a 30 to 45 minute call each week, unlimited personal messages via texts or social media, and unlimited email access to Narelle. Discovery Coaching
This solution is for the person on a discovery mission to see if coaching is the key to their NEXT. Including one 30-minute call or session of Q&A that gives you a small taste of what Narelle can do for you. Also included are follow-up insights and a strategic plan.
Perfect for those who are interested, but need to ensure a good fit with a coach before committing to a partnership with a coach. This solution is also great for those who know they need a change, but are unsure of where to start their efforts.
Vision Journal Workshop ©
We have all heard of a vision board, well, this is the practical and portable alternative! This workshop is a focused, in-person coaching interaction that is for those who are looking to identify who they have become at this stage in their lives and want to identify new goals and paths which match their current state.
Included are two in-person coaching sessions in two weeks, to help you create a Vision Journal ©, the portable version of your vision board, to help you take that step to the left with a constant reminder of your future with you at all times.
